The past two weeks’ chapel schedule has been a bit unpredictable due to snow days, in-service, and winter break… some highlights of the last two weeks included: A student-led skit of the Good Samaritan, small groups, a faculty-inspired hymn sing, guest speaker Rachel Halder, and Interterm group planning.
As an application of their trigonometry unit, Geometry students figured the height of tall objects by using indirect measurement. A simple clinometer was made from a protractor, straw and weight and used to measure an angle of elevation.
