Mexican Fiesta

Fiesta plate The last regular meal of the year at the Rise & Shine Café took place this morning. Mexican Fiesta was the theme and all enjoyed Chorizo and Egg Taco with Pico de Gallo, Fresh Melon, Breakfast Potatoes with peppers and onions, Sopapillas with ice cream and raspberry sauce.

Instructor Ranee Brokaw especially wants to thank Maria Boucher, our Food Service Director, for her expertise and assistance with this meal. The four students of Jenna Boller, Eli Gingerich, Natalie Graber, and Rosina Ropp did an excellent job of planning the meals, shopping for the food, preparing and serving the delicious food!
