The best way to see if IMS is a good fit for you is to visit us during a school day. You’ll get to walk the halls, attend class and meet some of the people who make IMS more than a school. You’re invited to visit us on one of our official visit days (a great chance to meet some future classmates) or contact us to set up a personalized visit day that works for you. If you have questions about any upcoming events or about IMS, please contact Candi at 319-656-2073 or email@example.com.

Visit Day Registration
8th grade and transfer students are invited to visit IMS for a day on February 19, 2018. This visit will have a different format than the fall visit days so feel free to come again. Parents are invited to come for coffee and visit with the administrative team to get information & ask questions. Students are invited from 8:10 am – 3:15 pm to tour facilities, visit classes with a host student, eat lunch, meet faculty & other future students, and hear from a panel of current students.
Personal Visit Day Sign Up
If you are considering attending IMS for 9-12th grade, we recommend that you visit campus first to see if we are a good fit for you. If our official visit days don’t work for you, you can request a personal visit day by filling out the form below. Then our director of enrollment, Candi Schmieder, will be in touch with you to set up a day & time. For visit days, we usually have you shadow another student for the day so you can see what classes are like. We also treat you to lunch.
Prospective Family Night
On March 1, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., we will be hosting an evening that is one part organized program and one part open house to give 8th graders, transfer students, and their parents an opportunity to learn more about IMS. You will hear from a current family, get information on our affordability, academics, fine arts and sports programs as well as have time to meet and talk with teachers and administrators and get a tour of our facilities. Please register to attend below:
In addition to official visit days, we have activities geared to potential future students of IMS. They’re fun out-of-school events so you can start making friends and getting a taste of the IMS experience. Check out the whole list of planned events for 2017-18.
