The Iowa Theatre Artists Company from Amana, IA will be presenting Woody Guthrie’s American Song on Saturday, March 10th, 2012 in Celebration Hall. Local performers include: Karenza Yoder, Joy Ward, Mark Wilson and Paul Roberts.
The Steel Wheels will be performing in Celebration Hall on September 10th at 7 pm. The Blue Ridge Outdoors magazine calls them “Shenandoah Valley’s newest, and brightest, songwriting force.” Their bluegrass music “travels along a path through the listener’s ears and aims directly for the heart!” IMS graduate Brian Dickel (’94) is a member of the group.
