Applications are being taken for the following positions:

Facilities Manager

This position is multi-faceted, and involves oversight of the buildings, including HVAC, forced air boilers and heat pumps, water supply and water quality. Candidates shall have skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanics. The position also involves maintenance and inspection of school vehicles including three buses, two vans and one pick-up truck. The position includes oversight and care for equipment and the grounds, including mowing, landscaping, and snow removal. The position includes supervision of the custodial staff, and oversight of the school rental houses. Every day is different, and the candidate must be self-motivated.
