Freshman Noah Miller led the Iowa Mennonite boys cross country team to fourth place in the ten team field at the Fairfield Invitational Thursday at Waterworks Park in Fairfield. Course conditions were less than ideal after several days of rain and a light drizzle during the competition. Miller ran an awesome race running each mile of the three mile course faster than the previous mile finishing in 19:43 for eleventh place. Brain Nchoe also ran negative splits. He was second for the team placing sixteenth in 20:05. Jacob Boller placed eighteenth in 20:12. John Hughes was one minute back in 21:16 placing thirtieth.
