Another successful food drive!
The annual IMS National Honor Society Food Drive was held March 19-30. IMS students collected and donated over 1,000 items for the local food pantries in Kalona and Wellman.
This year’s competition involved daily treats provided by NHS students to the class who brought in the most food. At the end of the drive the winning class was awarded a breakfast pizza and donut party. Congratulations sophomores! And this year there was an individual prize of a laptop computer (donated by a generous IMS family) for the one student who brought in the most food overall. Congratulations Max Martens!
Thank you to anyone who supported this effort! What a wonderful way to help your community!
