On Tuesday November 21, the IMS Ag Business class took a field trip two miles down the road to Farmers Creamery. This is the place our class got to see how some of our favorite chocolate milk, and the rest of the products that they process, were made. We learned more about non-homogenization, pasteurization, and what it takes to make the milk products that we love.
Farmers Creamery is an organic company. It is always a neat experience to see first hand, how a successful ag business company operates. We are all very grateful and thankful for our trip down the road. We also got to sample some of their holiday eggnog. What a special treat!
