The Cooking Creations restaurant was open for business this morning hosted by the Culinary Arts class under the direction of Diane Willems.
Executive chefs Madyson Bell and Rachel Miller planned the menu of Quiche, Fruit Tart, Scones, and French Puffs and were assisted by classmates Drake Brezina, Steven Jimenez and Adrian Gonzales. Guests enjoyed the delicious food and fellowship with friends and new acquaintances.
There are still seats available for the restaurants on March 15 and April 5 beginning at 8:30 am. The menus will include a breakfast main dish, fruit entrees and pastries. Please call the office for reservations at 319-656-2073.
