The Culinary Arts class under the direction of Diane Willems hosted the Cooking Creations restaurant Wednesday morning. Executive chefs Drake Brezina and Rachel Miller planned the menu of Breakfast Pizza, AuGratin Potatoes, Fruit Triffle and Cinnamon Rolls and were assisted by classmates Madyson Bell, Steven Jimenez and Adrian Gonzales. The delicious food was enjoyed by all.
There are still seats available for the restaurant on April 5 beginning at 8:30 am. The menu will include a breakfast main dish, fruit entree and pastry. Please call the office for reservations at 319-656-2073.
