Boys soccer vs. West Liberty

Hosting a make-up game Saturday morning, the IMS team was there but didn’t wake up until half-time. By then IMS had conceded six goals to a talented West Liberty team. IMS played better in the second half keeping West Liberty from scoring but struggled to generate much offense. This is a game we will learn from and then forget about.  IMS returns to action in the SEISC conference tournament May 13-14. Tournament pairings and Friday site locations will be determined early this week.  IMS is now 5-7 overall and 5-3 in conference play.

In JV action IMS defeated West Liberty 5-1 on three goals from Cole Ours, a beautiful goal off the head of Cole Yoder, and a breakaway goal from Isaiah Swantz. Juan Andino played well in a defensive role.
