Culinary Arts Class learns about Italian Food

Sherry Schrock came to Culinary Arts class today as a guest speaker, sharing about Italian food from her trip to Italy, and leading students in a lab preparing Tuscan Spaghetti. Sherry brought a sample of pesto from Italy for the students to taste, talked about the differences in types of olive oil and tomatoes while making our sauce, and shared photos of many traditional Italian dishes.
