This Week’s Chapel was a mix of speakers and students…

Monday: Michele Hershberger from Hesston College spoke to students. Michele began with a bit of Bible trivia, then brought to life the story of Matthew 16:13-20 through a monologue depicting the surprising ministry of Jesus. The story emphasized that God can use each of us to build His church, even in a fallen world. Michele left students with the encouragement that “Jesus believes in YOU” and challenged them to overcome whatever may be holding them back to follow His call.

Tuesday: Small Groups

Wednesday: Ruth Anne Eccles, director of Equipping Youth spoke on choosing boundaries and helping students learn about how brain development affects their ability to make wise decisions.

Thursday: Maya Kehr shared a devotion about the value of working with a purpose, then a panel of students shared about their prior work day experiences and expressed their thoughts on how to make work and work days a fun and valuable experience.
