Clothing & Textiles class celebrated the completion of two projects, Pajama Pants & Coffee Sleeves by relaxing (in their comfy pants) with a cup of hot chocolate (that didn’t burn their fingers because of their stylish coffee sleeves!) Four freshman girls in this class enjoyed choosing fabric for their pants or shorts, learning to read and use a pattern, and putting their sewing machine skills to the test. The coffee sleeves were a quick one-day project that was a fun “extra” to make when the pants project was completed.
