Head coach Marty Gingerich and assistant coach David Rumsey conducted cross country camp June 11-17. The coaches traveled to Colorado with seven high school athletes.  Camp participants trained on a variety of trails in the front range of the Rockies all the way from Boulder in the north to Garden of the Gods near Colorado Springs. In Boulder they spent time with and trained with Rebecca Witinok-Huber who recently represented the United States in the Triathlon at the World Championships. Rebecca is a Wellman native. Other daytime activities included hiking, white water rafting, sight-seeing and digging a ditch at Rocky Mountain Mennonite Camp. The final day everyone hiked to the summit of Pikes Peak.
