IMS defeated conference rival Highland at home Thursday night in a five close games.  Olivia Yutzy led the team with 11 kills, 16 defensive digs and four ace serves.  Casey Perez finished with 18 assists, 17 defensive digs, and two ace serves.  Laura Hochstetler acquired 16 defensive digs and five kills.  Naomi Miller led the team in defensive digs with 19.  Keilah Brokaw served 19/20 with four aces while Laura Yoder served six aces.  Anya Slabaugh had three blocks and two kills while Kristin Davis had four kills and two blocks.  

Coach Cindy Miller commented, “Tonight our rhythm was off and the games seemed slower paced.  The girls kept working hard to get some momentum after big plays.  It took five games but it was great to get the win!”
