IMS opened the volleyball season with a quad at Fairfield Thursday night.  Oliva Yutzy led the team with 13 kills and 20 digs.  Setter Casey Perez was credited for 20 assists, 14 digs, and 2 ace serves.  Middle hitter Laura Yoder finished with 6 kills.   Defensive specialist Keilah Brokaw and Libero, Naomi Miller finished with 9 digs each while Keilah went 14 – 14 for 100% serving on the night.  Laura Brenneman came off the bench to spark the team wth 4 ace serves.  “The team played well for our first competition”, coach Cindy Miller commented.
